Removal and RKPP installation

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Hang out the car over the earth.
Merge transmission oil (see. Head Current leaving and service).
|
|
Disconnect back and forward (at the corresponding complete set) driveshafts, - do not forget to mark previously the provision of a shaft concerning the connecting flange.
|
|
|
Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of fires of a backing.
|
|
|
At the corresponding complete set disconnect the socket of the sensor switch of activation of an all-wheel drive mode on a transfer case.
|
|
|
Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of speed (VSS).
|
|
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of transmission assembly to the engine and remove a rastyazhny kerchief.
|
|
|
Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft (CKP).
|
Remove a starter (see. The head of System of electric equipment of the engine), a basic arm of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases) and a rastyazhny kerchief.
Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a basic arm of fixing of a hose of a hydraulic actuator of coupling, then give bolts and dismantle the executive cylinder.
Remove the lever of switching of RKPP (see. Section Removal and installation of the lever of switching of RKPP).
At the corresponding complete set remove the lever of switching of a transfer case (see. Head Transmission line).

Prop up a basic beam of transmission assembly by a telezhechny jack.
|
|
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of a beam and lower the last on a jack together with transmission assembly.
|
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a rubber pillow of a support of a suspension bracket of transmission assembly.
At the corresponding complete set turn out fixing bolts and separate from RKPP a transfer case.
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Five-step manual box of gear shifting to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

Before connection of a transfer case grease its interfaced surface with hermetic. At connection of driveshafts track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. |
