Seats - the general information, condition check, removal and installation of components

Forward seats

Forward seats are established separately and are regulated in an individual order. A sled of each seat fastens to directing the frames attached to a floor of the car by means of three bolts and one nut each. Levers of a drive of an otpuskaniye of mechanisms of fixing of a sled are deduced under forward edges of pillows and allow to carry out adjustment of provision of seats in the longitudinal direction. On one adjusting lever it is deduced on external regions of assemblies of seats, - procrastination of the handle of the lever up leads to an otpuskaniye of a clamp of a back and allows to regulate an inclination of the last by its compulsory otzhimaniye down (at a back otpuskaniye it is automatically transferred to extreme forward situation under the influence of a special spring). On the right the lever of adjustment of a configuration of a lumbar emphasis is located on a back of a driver's seat also.

Back seat

The back seat with a continuous pillow can be equipped both integral, and the back divided into two individual sections. Backs are equipped with the built-in head restraints. The pillow has loopy fastening to a floor that allows to throw back seat assembly forward with transfer it in vertical situation, - the back (and) should be lowered previously forward. Fastening of assembly and to a floor is carried out by means of two bolts, two nuts and one back clamp. Back fixing (ok) in vertical situation is provided with two built in in walls of a luggage compartment hooks.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check smoothness of a course of adjusting levers of forward seats, estimate degree of wear of components of fixing mechanisms. Defective details replace. Make sure of reliability of a tightening of all carving fixture, - in case of need tighten it with demanded effort. Grease mobile components of a sled, driving levers and fixing mechanisms.

Backs of forward seats

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the handle of the lever of an otpuskaniye of the mechanism of fixing of a back.
    Dismantle decorative caps, turn out fixing bolts and remove a lateral cover of the basis of assembly of a seat.
    On a driver's seat turn out the fixing screw and remove the lever of adjustment of a configuration of a lumbar emphasis of a back.
    Remove ring clamps of fastening of an upholstery of a back of a seat.
    Turn out a loopy bolt of fastening of a back.
    For the purpose of ensuring access to fixture of a rotary fist of a back lift up up an upholstery of the last.
    Turn out fixing bolts, remove a rotary fist and separate a back from a pillow.
    Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of the Body Specifications to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

Assembly of a back seat

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Having extended the push-button clamps located outside from head restraints, lower forward a back (and) seats. Turn out two fixing bolts and give two nuts of fastening of a pillow of a seat to a floor. Remove assembly of a back seat and take it from the car. In case of need turn out loopy bolts and separate a back (and) from a pillow. Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of the Body Specifications to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
