  1. Tire out the car forward wheels on rotary circles of in a special way equipped stand.
  2. Remove stupichny couplings of a free wheeling.
  3. Connect a measuring instrument and make necessary measurements. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications of Head the Suspension bracket and a steering, in case of need make the corresponding adjustments.

Adjustment

Adjustment of disorder is made by a simultaneous povorachivaniye in one direction (to from the plane of symmetry of the car, or outside) and on an identical corner of ekstsentrikovy shpindelny bolts of fastening to a frame of the top levers of a suspension bracket. Each division of the scale put on a flange of a head of a bolt corresponds to disorder change on 0.4 °, - as a basic label the vertical risks put on a surface of basic arms of levers are used.

The size выбега is corrected by a simultaneous povorachivaniye of the same bolts, but in opposite directions (one to the plane of symmetry of the car, the second - outside). Thus the step of adjustment makes 0.55 ° on one division of a scale.

  1. Tire out the car on an equal horizontal platform with a firm covering and bring forward wheels into rectilinear situation.
  1. By means of a measuring bar define size of convergence of wheels. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications of Head the Suspension bracket and a steering, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release lock-nuts of tips of both steering drafts.
  1. Adjust convergence of forward wheels by a povorachivaniye on an identical corner and in one direction of both tips.
  1. Do not forget to tighten a lock-nut with demanded effort (88 ÷ 118 Nanometer).
