    Turn out fixing bolts, throw off washers and remove the coupling from a brake disk.
    By means of special nippers remove a lock ring and take a remote washer.
    Turn out two fixing screws and remove an adjusting plate.
    Installation is made upside-down, - before installation it is necessary to grease a lock ring from both parties with konsistentny greasing, on a landing surface of the case of the coupling put type 3 bond No 1104 hermetic. Track also observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture (bolts of fastening of the coupling are tightened in two steps).

Stupichnye of assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove the coupling of a free wheeling and its adjusting components. Give a stupichny nut and remove a brake disk (see. Head Brake system).
    Remove stupichny assembly.
    Having hooked a screw-driver, take from stupichny assembly an epiploon.
    By means of a special stripper take from a nave internal and external bearings, and also their external holders.
    Estimate a condition of stupichny bolts, - the damaged components replace.
    Vypressovyvaniye of a stupichny bolt.
    Zapressovyvaniye of a new stupichny bolt.
    Fill wheel bearings greasing and by means of suitable opravka begin to knock them in stupichny assembly. By means of an opravka plant in stupichny assembly a new epiploon.
    Grease sealing edges of an epiploon and bearing surfaces and establish stupichny assembly on the regular place.
    Establish to the place of a brake disk and by means of the special adaptation tighten a stupichny nut so that it could be released manually.
    By means of a dynamometer measuring effort of a pretightness of bearings, finally tighten a stupichny nut according to requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line.
    In summary measure size of lateral palpation of a brake disk (see an illustration), - in case of need (see. Specifications to Head Brake system) pierce, or replace a disk.

Brake board

    Turn out fixing bolts and remove a brake board.
    Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

Rotary fists

    Give a nut of a coupling bolt, remove a spring washer, take a bolt and liberate from a rotary fist a sharovy finger of a support of the top lever of a suspension bracket.
    Take шплинт fixings of a spherical finger of a tip of steering draft and by means of a special stripper liberate a finger from a rotary fist.

    Remove a rotary fist.

    By means of a special stripper (a hammer with sliding brisk) take from assembly of a rotary fist the needle bearing. Visually estimate a bearing condition, in case of identification of signs of wear and mechanical damages prepare replacement.
    Study a condition of elements of a rotary fist, - in case of identification of signs of excessive wear or mechanical damages prepare replaceable assembly.
    By means of a suitable opravka begin to knock in a rotary fist the needle bearing.
    By means of an opravka plant in a fist the NEW epiploon.
    Grease sealing edges of an epiploon (2) and the needle bearing (1).
    Having greased from both parties, plant on a pin of a power shaft a remote washer.
    Plant on a shaft pin assembly of a rotary fist and fill in reception openings fingers of the top and bottom spherical support, and also a tip of steering draft. Tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (see. Specifications of Head the Transmission line) also fix their NEW шплинтами, - under a nut of a coupling bolt of fastening of the top lever of a suspension bracket do not forget to enclose a spring washer.

Power shafts

    Remove a rotary fist.
    Release a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of a fork of the bottom support of a rack to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.
    Release nuts of the top coupling bolts of a fork.
    By means of a hammer with soft brisk open the top clip of a fork.
    Mark the provision of a power shaft concerning a case of differential and take it from the last, having hooked the suitable lever, - try not to damage a lock ring and a boot of sharnirny assembly.
    Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

Target shaft of a reducer and its basic bearing

    Remove the left power shaft.
    Turn out bolts of fastening of a casing of the bearing to a sleeve of a case of the bridge.
    Liberate a target shaft from a lateral gear wheel of differential, take it from a sleeve, then remove a sealing ring from the back party of a casing of the bearing.
    Clamp a shaft in a vice with soft sponges and by means of suitable nippers remove from its pin a lock ring.
    Having hooked a screw-driver, take from a bearing casing an old epiploon.
    Liberate a target shaft from a bearing casing.
    Vypressuyte from a casing the bearing.
    Attentively examine a target shaft, studying it on existence of mechanical damages. Check smoothness and noiselessness of a course of the bearing. Examine a bearing casing on existence of cracks and other damages. Prepare replaceable sealing components (an epiploon and a sealing ring).
    By means of a suitable opravka plant in a reception nest of a casing the NEW epiploon, - do not forget to grease an epiploon before installation.
    Press a target shaft in the bearing.
    Press the bearing with the shaft planted in it in a casing.
    Slightly обстучите an epiploon with a hammer with soft brisk, then fill in a reception flute of a casing the NEW sealing ring. Fix a shaft the NEW lock ring. Fill a shaft in a sleeve of a case of the bridge, having entered it into gearing with shlitsa of a lateral gear wheel of differential, then screw and tighten with demanded effort (see. Specifications of Head Transmission line) bolts of fastening of a casing of the bearing.

    Hang out the car over the earth. Merge oil from a differential case (see. Head Current leaving and service). Disconnect from the forward bridge the driveshaft (see. Part Driveshafts). Remove at first left, then right power shafts. Prop up assembly of a reducer of the forward bridge by a telezhechny jack.
    Turn out basic bolts and remove reduktorny assembly.
    In case of need remove a basic arm and make replacement of its rubber plug.
    In case of need make reducer dismantling, - act as numbering of components, - special strippers be required. Assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture, do not forget to replace sealing elements.

    Hang out the car over the earth. Remove a brake drum (see. Head Brake system).
    Give nuts of fastening of the holder of an epiploon.
    By means of a stripper (a hammer with sliding brisk) take a semi-axis from a sleeve of a case of the back bridge.
    Clamp a semi-axis in a vice with soft sponges and by means of a chisel dismantle from a shaft a lock nut and a lock washer.

The nut of the right semi-axis is released by rotation counter-clockwise, left - clockwise! The left nut is marked by a letter of "L".

    Lay the removed shaft in prisms and by means of a measuring instrument of plunzherny type check it on bend existence. If the size of radial palpation exceeds limiting admissible value (1 mm), replace a semi-axis.
