Removal

Hang out the car over the earth.
Remove back wheels.
Prop up a jack the relevant party of the back bridge.
|
|
Release two top fixing nuts (1). Fastenings of the back shock-absorber (2).
|
Remove the top washer and rubber laying.
Turn out the bottom fixing bolt.
Slowly lower the bridge on a jack and remove the shock-absorber and a screw spring.
|
|
Remove from a frame the top rubber saddle (1) spring and a rubber emphasis (2).
|
|
|
Check
|
|
Check the shock-absorber and a screw spring on existence of deformations, chips, cracks and other mechanical damages.
|
|
Manually check smoothness and uniformity of a piston stroke of the shock-absorber in both directions.
|
Having rocked a piston rod not less than three times, make sure of lack of signs of development of leaks.
|
|
Estimate a condition of rubber components - the plug of the bottom support of the shock-absorber, a saddle of a spring and an emphasis.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Suspension bracket and a steering to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
|
|
Screw springs should be established by the rounds trimmed with a polymeric covering down. |
