 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. If it is required, dismantle procedures stirring to performance components of an inlet air path (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases). Disconnect from the generator all electroconducting brought to it.

Petrol models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Release an axial bolt and a bolt of fastening of a natyazhitel.
1 — the Axial bolt
2 — the Fixing bolt of a natyazhitel
3 — the Adjusting bolt of a natyazhitel
4 — the Driving belt
5 — Natyazhitel of a driving belt
6 — an arm Bolt
7 — the Adjusting arm
    Rotation of an adjusting bolt weaken a tension of a driving belt and remove the last from a generator pulley. Finally screw a fixing bolt and remove a natyazhitel. Turn out an axial bolt. Release a bolt in the basis of an adjusting arm and develop the last up. Having lifted the generator, take it from an impellent compartment.

Diesel models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Release axial and adjusting bolts, develop assembly of the generator and remove from a pulley a driving belt.
    Disconnect oil and vacuum hoses. Turn out both bolts and remove the generator.

Installation

Petrol models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Get the generator on the regular place. Freely screw an axial bolt. Develop in regular situation an adjusting arm, having lowered it not the top part of the generator. Plant on an adjusting arm a natyazhitel of a belt, having freely fixed it a fixing bolt.
    Throw a generator pulley with a driving belt and, rotating an adjusting bolt (1), adjust effort of its tension according to requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of electric equipment of the engine.

Diesel models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt by shift of assembly of the generator (see. Specifications of the Head of System of electric equipment of the engine), then tighten with demanded effort axial and adjusting bolts.
