Petrol models

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. Hang out the car over the earth.
    On models from RKPP turn out two fixing bolts and take aside the executive cylinder of coupling.
    Turn out two bottom fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
    Turn out two top bolts of fastening of a starter.
    Turn out the bottom fixing bolt, liberate a starter from a coupling dome (model with RKPP) / the hydrotransformer (model with AT) and, having propped up, fix it in an impellent compartment. Lower the car on the earth. From above disconnect electroconducting from the starter plug S.
    Release a fixing nut and disconnect electroconducting from the plug B (1) starter, - do not drop a lock washer.
    Again lift the car, take aside a plait of electroconducting of transmission and through a bottom take a starter from an impellent compartment.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Get a starter in an impellent compartment. Lower the car on the earth and connect electroconducting to the starter plug B, - do not forget to plant a lock washer, track reliability of a tightening of a nut. Connect electroconducting to the plug S.
    Get on a regular place a basic arm of the inlet pipeline and fix it two top bolts.
    Lift the car and get a starter on the regular place. Screw at first two top fixing bolts, then bottom. Level a starter, then tighten three fixing bolts with demanded effort (37 ÷ 54 Nanometer). Screw and tighten with demanded effort (37 ÷ 54 Nanometer) the bottom bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. On models from RKPP establish into place the executive cylinder of coupling, - the effort of a tightening of fixing bolts also makes 37 ÷ 54 Nanometers. Lower the car on the earth and tighten with demanded effort (37 ÷ 54 Nanometer) the top bolts of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.

Diesel models

Details of installation of a starter on diesel models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a starter. Hang out the car over the earth. Disconnect electroconducting from starter plugs B and S, - try not to lose a lock washer at an otpuskaniye of a fixing nut of the plug B. Turn out the bottom fixing bolts and remove a starter. Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of electric equipment of the engine to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
