 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Hang out the car over the earth. Remove forward wheels. Remove elements of protection of a case. Turn out bolts of fastening of racks of the stabilizer to a frame.

2 — the Collar of fastening are resistant to a stabilizer bar
3 — a stabilizer Bar
    Give nuts of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to spherical fingers of tips of axial bolts of forks of racks on the bottom levers of a suspension bracket.

2 — Sharovy the hinge of fastening of the stabilizer to the lever of a forward suspension bracket
    Turn out fixing bolts and remove from a bar of a rack and collars of their fastening.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Clear stabilizer components of dirt and check metal details on existence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages. Estimate a condition of rubber plugs of racks of the stabilizer.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Get the top ends of racks (1) stabilizer in the basic arms on a frame and freely tighten fixing bolts.
    Hook on collars (2) for the bases of racks (1).
    Previously having moistened in soap solution, plant on a stabilizer bar rubber plugs and place them correctly rather put with yellow or white paint of landing labels.
    Get a bar in collars and on pair of rounds of a carving screw homutny bolts. Plant the bar ends on spherical fingers of tips of axial bolts of racks and, holding heads, tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (43 ÷ 45 Nanometer). Tighten with demanded effort homutny bolts of racks (21.5 ÷ 26.5 Nanometer), then bolts of fastening of racks to a frame (37 ÷ 46 Nanometer). Establish protection of a case, a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Do not forget to tighten wheel bolts.
