Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Hang out the car over the earth. Remove forward wheels.
    Turn out a coupling bolt (3) fastenings of the spherical hinge of the top lever (1) in a rotary fist (2) (see an illustration of the Detail of installation of the top cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket).
    Previously having marked the adjusting provision of lamellar washers on frame arms, turn out shpindelny bolts (1) fastening of the top lever (2).
    Remove the top lever.

Service

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Examine the lever on existence of deformations, cracks and other mechanical damages, estimate a condition of rubber shpindelny plugs and a boot of a spherical support. Defective components replace.
    Vypressovyvaniye and a zapressovyvaniye of rubber shpindelny plugs is made by means of the special adaptation, - before installation it is necessary to moisten the new plug with soap solution.
    The damaged boot of a spherical support of the lever can be cut down by a chisel.
    Plentifully grease an internal surface of a replaceable boot with konsistentny greasing, then by means of the special adaptation accurately press it in a reception nest of the lever.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Get the lever on the regular place and fix it shpindelny bolts. Fill a finger of a spherical support of the lever in a reception nest of a rotary fist, then fill and with demanded effort (43 ÷ 54 Nanometer) tighten a coupling bolt, - the bolt should get to specially provided pro-points in a spherical finger.

    Correctly having developed shpindelny bolts, - track combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, - and tighten with demanded effort (75 ÷ 93 Nanometer) their nuts. In summary drive away the car in a car-care center workshop for check and adjustment of corners of installation of forward wheels (see. Section Check and adjustment of corners of installation of forward wheels).
