Turn out bolts (2) fastenings of the bottom spherical support to lever assembly (1).
|
Remove a rotary fist assembled with a power shaft (see. Head Transmission line).
|
|
Take шплинт, release a koronchaty nut and by means of a special stripper liberate a spherical support (1) of a rotary fist.

Take шплинт, release a koronchaty nut and by means of a stripper liberate a spherical support from assembly of a rotary fist, - in case of need the spherical support can be dismantled from lever assembly after removal of the last from the car.

The spherical support is fixed in a rotary fist by means of a koronchaty nut (1) (model 4 x 2).
|

Release nuts of shpindelny bolts (2), take the last and remove lever assembly (1) from the car.
|
|
|
Service
|
|
Examine on existence of deformations, cracks and other mechanical damages the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and an axial finger of fastening to it a basic fork of rack-mount assembly. Estimate a condition of rubber shpindelny plugs and a boot of a spherical support and a spherical tip of a head of an axial bolt. Defective components replace.

Vypressovyvaniye and a zapressovyvaniye of rubber shpindelny plugs is made by means of the special adaptation, - before installation it is necessary to moisten the new plug with soap solution.
|
Spherical in case of need the support is replaced assembled, no less than an axial finger of fastening of the basic plug of rack-mount assembly.
