Removal and installation of components of a steering drive

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Hang out the car over the earth.
Remove forward wheels.
Remove an air inlet of an inlet path of the engine (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).

Release a shtutserny nut of the pressure head line of a working path of the steering amplifier and merge in the prepared capacity hydraulic liquid.
|
Disconnect a hydraulic hose and remove the tank of the steering pump.
Remove a broad tank of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).

Turn out a fixing bolt and remove an intermediate shaft of a steering drive.
|
Disconnect steering tips from levers of rotary fists (see. Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts).

Take шплинт, release a fixing nut and выпрессуйте the hinge of a connecting bar from the pendular lever.
|

Operating in a similar manner, separate a connecting bar from a soshka...
|
|
|
... the steering mechanism also take it assembled with steering drafts from under the car. In case of need give fixing nuts and disconnect drafts from a bar.
|
|
|
Disconnect from a case of the steering mechanism the hydraulic line (2), - at once close up with an adhesive tape a reception opening for the purpose of prevention of hit of dirt in a case (1).
|
|
|
Turn out a fixing bolt (1) and, having submitted up, take assembly of the steering mechanism from an impellent compartment.
|
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pendular lever assembled with a spindle.
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Suspension bracket and a steering to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture. Do not forget to replace fixing fixture шплинты.
