Turn out two top bolts of fastening of assembly of the forcing fan/evaporator to a partition.

Visually estimate an external condition of assembly of a forcing fan/heater.

The relay of the forcing fan

Disconnect from the relay of the forcing fan electroconducting.
Submit tension in 12 In on No. No. 5 plugs (+) and 3 (-) the relay and make sure available conductivity between No. No. 1 and 2 plugs. If conductivity is absent, replace the relay.

Disconnect from the motor electroconducting.
Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the electromotor when giving food in 12 In on No. No. 2 plugs (+) and 1 (-) the contact socket. At negative result of check replace the electromotor.

Resistive assembly of the electromotor of a drive of the forcing fan
|
|
Disconnect from resistive assembly electroconducting.
|
|
Make resistance measurement between contact plugs of the socket of resistive assembly. If results of measurements differ from demanded values, replace assembly of preresistors.
|

Servo-driver of a zaslonka of an air inlet
|
|
|
|
Make sure of serviceability of switching of a zaslonka in a mode of supply of fresh air when giving on No. No. 4 plugs (+) and 6 (-) supply voltages in 12 V.Aktivatsiya of a mode of circulation should occur when grounding the No. plug 3 sockets.

The faulty servo-driver is subject to replacement.

Thermosocket
|
|
Start the engine on single turns.
Switch off To/in and for some minutes activate forcing fan.
Switch off the fan and muffle the engine.
Disunite the К/В thermosocket.
|
|
Submit tension 12 In on the No. No. 1 contact plugs (+) and 3 (-) терморазъемаи by means of the voltmeter measure tension on plugs 1 (+) and 2 (-). At temperature above 4°С the result of measurement should make 12 In, at temperature below 1°С - 0 Century. The faulty thermosocket is subject to replacement.
