Removal and installation of the pallet of a case
Details of installation of the pallet of a case and oil pump
Removal

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Hang out the car over the earth.
Merge impellent oil (see. Head the Current leaving and service), then screw on a place and tighten with demanded effort a drain stopper, - in case of need replace its sealing washer.

|
Hooking a thin shpatel, or other suitable tool, accurately separate the pallet from a maslootrazhatel, - try not to bend a fixing flange of the pallet and not to damage a maslozaborny tube.
|
|
|
At all do not enter an edge of a shpatel between a maslootrazhatel and an interfaced surface of the block! |
|
|
Turn out four fixing bolts and remove the maslozabornik equipped with the mesh filter, - try not to bend a maslootrazhatel and not to damage a maslozaborny tube.
|
|
|
Turn out fixture and accurately remove a maslootrazhatel.
|
Carefully clear interfaced surfaces of the removed components, having completely removed from them traces of oil, dirt and the remains of old hermetic.
Examine the pallet on existence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages. In case of need make the corresponding regenerative repair, or replace the pallet.

|
Estimate a condition of a drain stopper of the pallet, in case of need make its replacement.
|
|
|
It will be reasonable to replace a sealing washer of a drain stopper regardless of its condition. |
Check a condition of a maslootrazhatel and the mesh filter of a maslozabornik. Carefully clean components, in case of identification of irreversible damages make replacement.

|
Installation
|
|
The size of a vystupaniye of the pallet for borders of a face surface of a case of the engine should not exceed 1.5 mm. |
|
|
Impose a pillow of hermetic of the Loctite Ultra Blue 5900 type section of diameter of 2-4 mm on an interfaced surface of a landing flange of a maslootrazhatel and press the last to the engine case which interfaced surface also should be smoothed carefully out and fat-free. Track, that hermetic was imposed from the interior of fixing openings and with a tipping over on the ends. Establish a maslootrazhatel on the engine block.

Pressing of components should be made not later than in 30 minutes after hermetic drawing. |
Establish into place a maslozabornik and tighten with demanded effort (7.0 ÷ 9.8 Nanometer) four bolts of its fastening.

|
Operating in the manner similar described, put hermetic on an interfaced surface of a landing flange of the pallet, then press the last to a maslootrazhatel, screw fixing bolts and, moving in a diagonal order from the center outside (see
an illustration), in stages tighten them with demanded effort (7.0 ÷ 9.5 Nanometer). Cut off supporting limits of a back cover laying, - try not to damage an interfaced surface of a cover.

Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget about need of observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Engine to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
Fill in in the engine fresh engine oil.
In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks through joints of the established components.
