Removal, installation and service of the water pump Petrol models

The water pump established on petrol models is not maintainable and, - in case of identification of signs of development of leaks in a look потеков cooling liquid around a cover of a drive of GRM, - is subject to replacement.
Remove protection of a case.
Uncover a radiator.
Open the drain gate and lower cooling liquid from a radiator in the prepared capacity of suitable volume.
Remove the top and bottom radiatorny hoses.
Remove perelivny a hose going from a jellied mouth of a radiator to a broad tank.
Remove an air inlet of an inlet air path (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).
Remove a krylchatka of the fan, and also a casing of ventilyatorny assembly.
Release fixing and adjusting bolts of the generator, then remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
Remove a pulley of a drive of the fan of system of cooling (see. Section Replacement of the bearing of a drive of the fan of system of cooling).
Remove bearing assembly of the fan (see. Section Replacement of the bearing of a drive of the fan of system of cooling).
Remove the top and bottom covers of a drive of GRM (see. Head Engine).
Turning a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression.
Release a lock bolt, take away a roller of a natyazhitel from a tape of a gas-distributing belt, then again tighten a lock bolt.
Remove from a cogwheel of a drive of the water pump and take aside a gas-distributing belt.
Again release a bolt of a natyazhitel.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump.
Remove from pump assembly an intermediate roller.
Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block.
Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leakages of cooling liquid. In case of need make the corresponding corrections, modify heat-carrier level.

In case of need the water pump can be disassembled for the purpose of check of a condition of its internal components and replacement of sealing laying.
