Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check three shtutserny sockets of the perepuskny line of an okhladitelny path on existence of signs of development of leaks. In case of need tighten sockets, or replace a branch pipe.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Uncover a radiator, then open the drain gate and lower cooling liquid in the prepared capacity of suitable volume.
  4. Tighten the gate.
  5. Remove an air inlet of an inlet air path (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).
  6. Turn out the top bolts of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
  7. Turn out one bolt from an arm on the pipeline.
  8. Remove a wire clamp from an arm behind on the engine, then turn out one bolt and release one clamp.
  9. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS).
  10. Disunite No. No. 1 and 2 sockets of electroconducting of the fuel highway.
  11. Turn out one bolt and release one wire clamp at the left in a back part of the power unit.
  12. Disunite sockets of electroconducting of two information sensors, liberate a plait from a basic arm.
  13. Remove the thermofilter of a final collector.
  14. Remove the bottom thermofilter.
  15. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  16. Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  17. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a basic arm of a reception pipe.
  18. Remove a starter (see. The head of System of electric equipment of the engine) also take it aside, having provided adequate access to a perepuskny branch pipe.
  19. Release a fixing collar of a returnable hose of a heater.
  20. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a back basic arm of a heating branch pipe on a transmission case.
  21. Disconnect a returnable hose from a branch pipe.
  22. Lower the car on the earth.
  23. Remove a final collector (see. Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).
  24. Turn out a bolt of the left forward arm of a branch pipe of a heater.
  25. Disconnect a heater branch pipe from a water intake and remove the heating line assembled.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish on a branch pipe a new sealing ring.
  2. Get a branch pipe on the regular place for the engine.
  3. Establish a heating hose.
  4. Connect a branch pipe to a water intake casing.
  5. Screw a bolt of the left forward clamp of a branch pipe.
  6. Establish laying of a final collector.
  7. Screw six bolts of fastening of a final collector and tighten them with demanded effort (24 Nanometers).
  8. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  9. Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector.
  10. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (24 Nanometers) one bolt of a basic arm of a final path.
  11. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (24 Nanometers) three nuts of a basic arm of a landing flange of a reception pipe.
  12. Tighten a collar of fastening of a returnable hose of a heater.
  13. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (47 Nanometers) three bolts of fastening of a starter.
  14. Fix two bolts a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
  15. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (22 Nanometers) a bolt of fastening of a basic arm of a branch pipe of a heater on a transmission case.
  16. Lower the car on the earth.
  17. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (22 Nanometers) two bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline.
  18. Connect No. No. 1 and 2 sockets of electroconducting of the fuel highway.
  19. Connect electroconducting to TPS.
  20. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (22 Nanometers) in the block of the engine and in the pipeline case two bolts with collars of clamps.
  21. Screw a bolt of fastening of the left back wire clamp. Tighten it with demanded effort (22 Nanometers).
  22. Fill electroconducting in clamps.
  23. Establish the bottom thermofilter and fix it two nuts, having tightened them with demanded effort (22 Nanometers).
  24. Establish the top thermofilter, - screw and tighten with demanded effort (22 Nanometers) three fixing bolts.
  25. Connect electroconducting to a lambda probe, fix a plait of wires in the holder.
  26. Establish into place an air inlet, connect electroconducting to the MAF sensor.
  27. Fill cooling system.
  28. To Poddomkratta the car, establish it on props and tighten with demanded effort (47 Nanometers) two bottom bolts of a basic arm of a starter.
  29. Lower the car on the earth, start the engine and make sure of lack of signs of development of leakages of cooling liquid.
