General information
The control system of AT can be broken into three subgroups conditionally: The components providing TCM with entrance information (including ECM); Actually module of management (TCM) and Actuation mechanisms.

Include ignition, - the engine do not start.
Uncover the contact TCM socket (the driver's party) and check correctness of distribution of tension on its plugs, - measurement is made between the corresponding plug and weight In case of need replace the management module.

Disconnect electroconducting from TCM and measure resistance between No. No. 8, 7 and 22 plugs of its contact socket, - demanded value makes 11 ÷ 15 Ohm at 20 ° Page.
Submitting on No. No. 7, 8 and 22 plugs tension (+) batteries, aurally make sure of serviceability of operation of electromagnetic valves (clicks should be distributed in the pallet of a case of AT).

Sensor switch of positions of the lever of the selector (PNP)
Checks
PNP plays a role of sensors switches of permission of start and activation of fires of a backing.
|
Make sure of serviceability of activation of a starter in the positions "R" and "N" of the selector lever, in other positions of the lever activation of a starter it should not be represented possible.
Make sure of serviceability of activation of fires of a backing at transfer of the lever to the situation "R" (ignition should be included).
Disconnect from the sensor switch electroconducting and check correctness of distribution of provodimost between plugs of the contact socket in various positions of the selector lever. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment
|
Release the screw of fastening of the sensor switch. Transfer the selector lever to the situation "N".
Level the sensor switch according to instructions.
Tighten a fixing bolt with effort of 3.9 ÷ 6.9 Nanometers.

Prop up wheels protivootkatny boots.
To Poddomkratta one of back corners of the car to a full separation of the corresponding wheel from the earth.
Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of turns of an entrance shaft of the AT/turbine of the hydrotransformer, - the 2-contact socket is located at the left in a back part of a case of transmission.

Connect an ohmmeter to contact plugs of the socket of the sensor.
|
Observe behind reaction of an ohmmeter on torn off from the earth rotation of a driving wheel of the car, - the strelochny index should fluctuate within a range of 0 ÷ 41 Ohm. The faulty sensor replace.

Disconnect from the foot brake of the sensor switch fixed under a pedal electroconducting.
|
By means of an ohmmeter check correctness of distribution of provodimost between four plugs of the sensor switch in both positions of the last. Compare results of measurements to the data provided in the table, - the faulty sensor switch replace.

Sensor switch of activation of the HOLD mode
Disconnect electroconducting from the AT selector of the HOLD sensor switch located under the lever.

By means of an ohmmeter check correctness of existence/lack of conductivity between plugs of the 2-contact socket of the sensor switch in both positions of the last. In included position of the sensor switch conductivity should be absent, in the switched off - to take place. |
Switch of the POWER/ECONO modes

Disconnect from the switch electroconducting.
|
By means of an ohmmeter check correctness of distribution of provodimost between four plugs of the contact socket of the switch in both positions of the last. Compare results of measurements to the data provided in the table, - the faulty sensor switch replace.
