Height of provision of a pedal

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Unbend the panel of a carpet of a floor in a driver's foot well and measure height of provision of a block of pedal assembly concerning a salon floor. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment

Adjustment of height of provision of a pedal of coupling is made by means of a persistent bolt (And), - previously release a lock-nut (In). The effort of a tightening of a lock-nut makes 14 ÷ 18 Nanometers.

Free wheeling of a pedal

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Slightly having pressed a pedal a hand, measure size of its free wheeling. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (8 ÷ 18 mm), make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Release a lock-nut (C) and make the corresponding adjustment by rotation of a rod of a pusher (D) piston of the main cylinder of coupling. Check height of provision of the released pedal, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment. Do not forget to tighten in summary a lock-nut (C).

The height of switching off of coupling should make 184 mm.
