Release fixing nuts (one of the impellent compartment, the second of salon) and remove the main cylinder from a partition of an impellent compartment.

Service

In case of need wring out down the piston, take a lock ring
|
also disassemble the cylinder on components, operating as their numbering,
|
|
- for extraction of internal components submit to the cylinder the compressed air. |

|
At removal of a lock ring try not to damage a surface of the piston contacting to a pusher. |
Spread out the removed components on a pure surface and wash out them brake liquid.
Estimate degree of wear of the piston, primary and secondary cups and a cylinder mirror, whether check the returnable spring weakened. Defective components replace.
Assembly is made upside-down, before filling in the cylinder it is necessary to grease edges of the piston and cups with pure brake liquid.
The assembled cylinder fill with fresh brake liquid, then empty it, having wrung out the piston a screw-driver, - liquid should merge through an exhaust outlet.

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace sealing laying, track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head the Transmission line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
