Installation

Pumping of a hydraulic path
|
|
|
|
Removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of switching off of coupling of air jams is made via the pumping gate on a body of the executive cylinder.
|
Check liquid level in the GTTs tank, - during pumping the tank should remain filled at least on 3/4.
Remove a protective cap and pull on the pumping gate a piece of a vinyl hose of the suitable size. The second end of a hose lower in the transparent capacity which has been partially filled with brake liquid.
Ask the assistant to squeeze out slowly several times a coupling pedal, then to fix it in the bottom situation.
By means of a cap natural a cutting head weaken the gate of pumping and let out hydraulic liquid in reception container.
Tighten the gate and repeat procedure, - pumping should be continued until pure, free liquid will not start to follow from the cylinder from air bubbles.

During performance of procedure watch, that liquid level in the GTTs tank did not fall more than on 1/4, - default given the requirement is interfaced to risk of a podsasyvaniye of air to hydraulic highways of drives of brake mechanisms and coupling with need of performance of complete pumping both! |
In summary tighten the pumping gate with demanded effort (58 ÷ 7.5 Nanometer) and make sure of serviceability of functioning of coupling.
