Turn out four fixing bolts (two in a support and two in the chassis) and remove a lateral support of a suspension bracket of a transfer case.
Merge from a transfer case oil (see. Head Current leaving and service).
Having marked the landing provision of components (see
an illustration), turn out fixing bolts and separate from a transfer case the corresponding driveshaft, - take a shaft aside and tie up it to a cross-section beam.
|
In order to avoid violation of balancing of the driveshaft do not disunite a shlitsevy joint of its sections!
|
Having marked landing situation, remove a connecting flange of a target shaft.
|
The nut of a forward flange is painted in silvery color and have left foreign cutting. For fastening of a back flange the nut of bronze coloring with a right-hand carving is used. |

According to catalog number of a detail make sure of correctness of selection of a replaceable epiploon and plant it to the place of the removed.
Establish into place a connecting flange and tighten a nut of its fastening with demanded effort (111 Nanometers), - track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
To Priboltita to a flange the driveshaft, - besides track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Screw and tighten with demanded effort (36 Nanometers) fixing bolts.
Having replaced a sealing washer, screw on a place and tighten with demanded effort (30 Nanometers) a drain stopper of a case of a transfer case.
Fill in in a box necessary amount of fresh oil of a demanded grade, correctly having modified its level (see. Head Current leaving and service).
Replace a sealing washer screw on a place and tighten with demanded effort (30 Nanometers) a jellied/control stopper.
Screw into place bolts and nuts of a lateral support of a transfer case. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (nuts: 40 Nanometers, bolts: 23 Nanometers), then lower the car on the earth.
