Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disunite the contact socket of electroconducting of the sensor.
  1. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Hang out the car over the earth and attentively study a condition of rotors of wheel sensors from the back party of forward naves, - in case of identification of the damaged teeths the rotor is subject to replacement (see. Section Replacement of rotors of ABS sensors of forward wheels).
  1. Measure a gap between a sensitive element of the sensor and teeths of its rotor, - demanded value makes 0.3 ÷ 1.0 mm.
  1. Measure resistance of the sensor, - the result of measurement should not fall outside the limits a range of 1385 ± 110 Ohm.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is made upside-down, - previously carefully smooth out a landing surface of the sensor. Demanded value of effort of a tightening of a fixing bolt makes 9.5 Nanometers.

Sensor of back wheels

Removal

The back sensor is fixed on a case of a reducer of the back bridge and traces turns of a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer, - the rotor of the sensor is fixed on a box of interwheel differential.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Estimate a condition of a sealing ring (1) sensor, - in case of need make replacement.
  1. Measure distance (And) between a landing surface of the sensor (1) and teeths of its rotor (2).
  1. Measure length of a sensitive element of the sensor (In).
  2. By subtraction of result of the second measurement from result of the first (And – In) define size of a working gap, - demanded value lies within a range of 0.5 ÷ 1.0 mm.
  3. If the result of calculation makes less than 0.55 mm, pick up the corresponding thickness an adjusting washer.
  4. At excessive size of a gap it is necessary to replace the sensor.
  5. Measure resistance of the sensor, - the result of measurement should not fall outside the limits a range of 1000 ± 50 Ohm.

Installation

  1. Installation is made upside-down, - previously carefully smooth out a landing surface of the sensor. Demanded value of effort of a tightening of a fixing bolt makes 9.5 Nanometers.
