Removal and installation of fuel injectors

The description of procedures of check of fuel injectors is provided in the Section of Check of a power supply system.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Execute procedures of the Section Removal and installation of the toplivoraspredelitelny highway. Disconnect electroconducting from fuel injectors. Disconnect a fuel hose from a pressure regulator. Disconnect топливопровод from the fuel highway. Release fixing collars and disconnect four hoses from the air distributor. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the toplivoraspredelitelny highway. Remove lock rings of injectors. Remove the fuel highway. Remove fuel injectors. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (see. Section Removal and installation of a pedal of gas, adjustment of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve). In summary fill cooling system, start the engine and check it on existence of signs of leakages of the corresponding working liquids.
