Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path

Air inlet

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Details of installation of an air inlet (1) inlet air path.
    Turn out two fixing bolts in a forward part of an air inlet. Disconnect a hose going to the rezonatorny chamber and remove an air inlet. Release a collar of fastening of an air inlet to an air purifier. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of a tightening of a fixing collar.

First (verkhnepotochny) rezonatorny chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The first (verkhnepotochny) resonator is established directly ahead of assembly of an air purifier and connected to a back part of an air inlet by a by-pass hose. Disconnect from the rezonatorny chamber by-pass a hose. Release two fixing nuts and remove the resonator. Installation is made upside-down.

Air purifier

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove an air inlet. Release a fastening collar to an air purifier of an air line of an inlet air path. Having released a spring clamp, disconnect electroconducting from the MAF sensor. Turn out a fixing bolt, release two nuts and remove air purifier assembly. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a basic arm of an air purifier from a mudguard of an arch of the left wheel. Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head of the Power supply system, management of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

MAF sensor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The MAF sensor is built in in a branch pipe included in a sleeve of an air line of an inlet air path directly after an air purifier (see an illustration the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine).
    Disconnect from the MAF sensor electroconducting.
    Turn out two fixing bolts it a basic arm, release two fixing collars and remove a branch pipe with the sensor built in in it. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of inclusion of a branch pipe to the air highway, - marking in the form of an arrow should indicate in the direction of movement of a stream of air (to the throttle case).

Second (nizhnepotochny) rezonatorny chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Release a fixing collar, turn out a fixing bolt and remove resonator assembly.

IAC valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The valve is established on inlet section of the case of a throttle (see illustrations the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine). Switch off ignition and disconnect from the IAC valve electroconducting. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the valve from an inlet air line. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the valve and inlet section of the case of a throttle. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to establish NEW sealing laying.

TPS

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    TPS is established directly on the throttle case (see an illustration the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine). Switch off ignition and disconnect from the sensor electroconducting.
    Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the sensor to the throttle case.
    Installation is made upside-down.

Throttle case

Replacement of the case of a throttle should be made assembled with TPS.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The case of a throttle is located at the end of an air line of an inlet air path and is connected to the air distributor of the inlet pipeline (see an illustration the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine). The case of a throttle needs replacement at identification of mechanical damages, and also in case of jamming or violation of a course of butterfly valves. Switch off ignition. Merge cooling liquid (see. Head Current leaving and service). Disconnect electroconducting from TPS. Release a fastening collar to inlet section of the case of a throttle of an air line of an inlet air path. Disconnect four ventilating hoses. Disconnect electroconducting from the MAF sensor. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet air line to an air purifier. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a basic arm and remove an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of a basic arm of a cable of a drive of butterfly valves, disconnect a driving cable and take him aside. Disconnect from the throttle case two hoses of an okhladitelny path. Release bolts and nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the air distributor of the inlet pipeline. Remove the case of a throttle and its sealing laying. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the case of a throttle and the air distributor. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying, track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head of the Power supply system, management of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
    After connection of a driving cable make sure that butterfly valves are completely closed, then measure size of a free wheeling of a cable. Demanded value makes 1.0 ÷ 3.0 mm, - in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

Air distributor

The air distributor connects the throttle case to the inlet pipeline.

Details of installation of the air distributor

2 — the Regulator of pressure of fuel

4 — the Electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber
5 — the Hose of a purge of an adsorber


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Turn out two bolts of fastening of an inlet air line. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet hose of the case of a throttle. Disconnect four ventilating hoses on the throttle case. Disconnect electroconducting from the MAF sensor. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet air line to an air purifier. Turn out a bolt of a basic arm of an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of fastening of the MAF sensor. Remove assembly of an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of a basic arm of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve. Merge cooling liquid (see. Head Current leaving and service). Disconnect a vacuum hose of the brake amplifier. Disconnect electroconducting from TPS. Disconnect from the throttle case two hoses of an okhladitelny path. Release a fixing collar and disconnect a hose of system of stabilization of idling. Release a collar of fastening of an air hose to an air route. Disconnect from the air distributor шлаг PCV. Disconnect the vacuum line from a regulator of pressure of fuel. At the corresponding complete set disconnect from the air distributor vacuum lines темпостата. Disconnect electroconducting from the IAC valve. Turn out two bolts and fastenings of a basic arm to the air distributor. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. Hang out the car over the earth. Turn out two bottom bolts of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. Lower the car on the earth. Disconnect an inlet hose of a heater. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a vacuum tube. Give three fixing bolts and nuts and remove the air distributor. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the top part of the case of a throttle. Remove the throttle case. Give two fixing bolts and nuts and remove the electromagnetic valve with a basic arm. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the IAC valve with a basic arm. Installation is made upside-down. In summary fill cooling system (see. Head the Current leaving and service), start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
